  1. Cuci bersih ati ampela, buang lemak²nya, usus pengikatnya boleh diikutkan masak sekalian, rebus dg daun salam dan sedikit garam, sampai matang, angkat tiriskan, siapkan bumbu halus.
  2. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai matang, tambahkan bumbu cemplung dan sedikit air, masukkan pete, aduk² masak sampai matang.
